SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Frozen semen can be shipped in a Cryo-Cube (small dry shipper) or in a standard dry shipper. 

Semen will be shipped by FedEx, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by both parties. Mare Owner agrees to return shipping container, via FedEx Overnight Priority, promptly within 72 hours of receipt of semen. There will be an additional charge of $20.00 plus HST per day for every day over the 72 hours for late return. Please note that Agent has only a limited number of shipping containers. Shipments will be made on a first come first serve basis. We strongly advise Mare Owner to arrange shipments well in advance of breeding date. Please arrange for transfer of frozen semen to a “wet” tank nearby.

LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE

If there is a failure to conceive after using both doses of semen and Ashland Farm has received both Failure to Conceive reports, the mare owner may transfer to a fresh cooled breeding to Ashland Farm's stallion Milky Way. A Milky Way breeding contract must be completed by the mare owner and returned to Ashland Farm. All stipulations within that contract will apply for the Live Foal Guarantee with Milky Way.
